TEN KINDS OF PEOPLE TO HANG AROUND WITH

1. People whose greatest desire is the success of the idea: Always bring around you people who will always bring your dreams and ideas alive; People who are totally committed to the success of your dreams and ideas.

2. People who can compound another person's thought: Learn to bring around you people that who can take somebody else's thought and play off of it and tweak it and make it better.

3. People who emotionally can handle the changes of conversation: The creative conversation is going to go left and right, and up and down. It's an emotional roller coaster, and you want someone who won't let their feelings get in the way of progress.

4. People who appreciate strengths in others where they are weak: These are people who can complement one another. For example, where you've got one person who's a focus thinker and another person who's a creative thinker, they will have to be able to appreciate the input of the other.

5. People who recognize their place of value at the table: Always keep around you people who know why they are part of your dream. If they don't, you will have a problem.

6. People who place what is best for them below what is best for the team: These people know to check their egos at the door. Subordinating your own agenda to what is best for everyone is always good.

7. People who can bring out the best thinking of those around them: When somebody comes up with a great thought, they can probe a little and say, "Come on, go a little bit deeper here. Talk to me a little bit more. Give me some more out of this."

8. People who possess maturity, experience and success in the issue being discussed: For me I want all the three. I don't want maturity without success, I don't want experience without success, and I certainly don't want success without either. The three are good and they are the key to unlock every door when it comes to success.

9. People who take ownership and responsibility for the decisions that are made: They have the ability to come to the table and, after there is a shared concept and idea or thought that evolves around it, they can take ownership of it.

10. People who can leave the table with a "we" attitude and not a "me" attitude: Teamwork is essential to accomplishing great things. You always want people who are willing and able to grasp this concept on your team.

Commit to getting these ten types of people around the table in a shared thinking meeting and watch the results!

Lastly, never dream of changing a person that is the worst thing that can ever happen to a man. You have to learn to allow people to make a decision for their own change. Accept and embrace people the way they are. With that you’ll help them to discover who they are and if they dream of becoming a leader themselves they’ll begin to work on themselves.

We must all know one thing that we cannot complete each other; we can only complement one another but when complement become a thing of irritations and avoiding each other then it’s no longer a complement but a compulsion by then it’s nothing else than witch craft. But if we can learn to embrace and celebrate one another even when we are not up to perfection then we can together Sense Peace, Bless Others, Receive Blessings and walking together in harmony, Feel Secure of one another without any bias mind if we truly love one another. Together we can Find God if we don’t lose hope; we can Experience Intimacy in His presence, Receive Guidance to leave right. We must be free of any worries or troubles that might likely great an ungodly thought towards another person. Worry is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do, but never gets you anywhere. You and I must learn to break our self lose of it no matter what.

By doing this we great opportunities for others to excel and we have greater influence on them. Creating positive influence will not only be a catalyst to your own success, it will become the legacy you will leave behind. Remember reputation is what people think of us now that we are still alive; legacy is what they think of us long after we are far gone away. There are no born leaders, only learned leaders.
